Our next speaker, Professor Catherine Power, is Assistant Professor of Political Theory at York University’s Glendon Campus. Her research and teaching focus on the complexities and challenges of pluralism and political belonging in secular societies. 

The Israel and Golda Koschitzky Centre for Jewish Studies is Canada’s first interdisciplinary research centre in Jewish Studies, bringing together a vibrant community of scholars and teachers to promote cutting-edge research in the field.
