"Zecher Tzadik Livracha" - The Memory of the Righteous is a Blessing

One of our highest Jewish values is to honour the memory of our departed loved ones. Through tzedakah and study, prayer and ritual, we keep alive the memories of those who helped shape our lives.
 
We are pleased to be able to offer members of Kol Ami the opportunity to create a permanent memorial to their loved ones in our sanctuary. Each memorial plaque bears the name of the deceased and the date (Hebrew and secular) of death. You will be reminded each year of the yahrzeit observance, and the name will be read at the Shabbat Service before the yahrzeit, when you are invited to place a stone in the space above your loved one's name. (If you are not present, the stone will be placed for you.)
